What we make

- Mandrels — long, precision-ground shafts up to 12 feet for coring, forming, and support.
- Ejector Pins — push finished parts off the core on every cycle.
- Blades — flat ejectors for ribs, gussets, and thin-wall features.
Built for tight-tolerance work
Everything we make is custom. Send a drawing or a sample and we match it: diameter, length, head style, and point geometry. We precision grind the working surfaces, and we hold ground diameters as tight as 0.00005 in.
